REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

The services, information, and documents provided by Bee Hosting LLC are offered strictly "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Bee Hosting LLC does not warrant that the functions contained in the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes the service available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Bee Hosting LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

ZERO TOLERANCE CHARGEBACK POLICY

The following terms shall be integrated into your primary Service Agreement Contract with Bee Hosting LLC:

3.1. Payment Obligations: Client agrees to pay all fees for services rendered by Bee Hosting LLC in advance of the service period. Failure to submit timely payments may result in immediate account suspension and/or termination of services.

3.2. Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy: Bee Hosting LLC maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding chargebacks. The Client agrees that by executing this contract, they waive any right to dispute or "charge back" any credit card or electronic payment made to Bee Hosting LLC for services rendered or allocated resources once the contract is signed or payment is processed.

3.3. Consequences of Chargebacks: Any attempt by the Client to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal with their bank or payment provider shall be considered a material breach of this contract and an act of fraud. In the event of a chargeback:

The Client's hosting account and all related services will be immediately and permanently suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Bee Hosting LLC reserves the right to pursue full payment, including the disputed amount, a $50 administrative fee per chargeback incident, and any applicable legal fees and collection costs.
Data associated with the terminated account may be deleted 7 days after the chargeback notification is received.

3.4. Dispute Resolution: Clients are encouraged to contact the Bee Hosting LLC billing department directly at [Email Address] or [Phone Number] to resolve any billing discrepancies or concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

3.5. Agreement to Terms: Execution of this Service Agreement Contract confirms that the Client has read, understood, and agreed to the full terms of the Refund Policy and the Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy outlined herein. The Client accepts that all sales are final once services are provisioned.
